I put the Wim Hof Method to the test with the breathing technique.
I performed this method at my most fatigued moment which was around 12am-1am while laying flat on my back.
CLosing my eyes in hopes of not falling asleep, I performed 30 deep breaths with 10-second holds at the end and did three sets to finish.
After the first set, I began feeling tingly sensations around my head and flowing through my entire body. Nerve racking and different but I knew somehow it was working because I did not fall asleep yet.
Right after I was done with all three sets, I opened my eyes and jolted up with this burst of energy! It was shocking that just 10 minutes ago I was overwhelmed with a sense of tiredness and fatigue and in just a matter of breaths, I felt as if I just woke up from a nap and could perform some work.
I really enjoyed the method and appreciate the idea it is all natural with the benefits of curing mental and physical health conditions all with the ease of your breath.
