How to Train Your Psychic Abilities

The gut, the heart, or intuition?

Whatever you want to call it, this psychic ability embedded within all of us has proven to know things not normally seen by the rational mind.

Osho has been one of the recent philosophers I’ve grew interest in as a result from reading his book Intuition: Knowing Beyond Logic. As one of the first and yet insightful books read by him my  understanding in the mind and intuition has shifted exponentially, allowing me differentiate the conscious (rational mind) and the super-conscious (intuition).

Osho explains how intuition is a far higher intelligence than the regular common thinking of the mind. Intuition is within all of us but is stopped in its tracks due to our egos and constant thinking. Many entrepreneurs and historical figures success has been aware in the value of intuition and has been encouraged by Steve Jobs and Einstein.

Intuition when cultivated can amplify your life for the better helping you gain greater  insight in the choices you make, clairvoyance  , and coming up with great ideas for the betterment of you and your relationships.

Here are tips on how to train your psychic abilities:

Meditation

Without a doubt, meditation is the go to for developing  your intuition. When you become relaxed and focused you allow you psychic abilities to be cultivated properly and not distracted by the monkey mind you have.

I would recommend a daily habit of only ten to thirty minutes a day of meditation to achieve the the benefits it has to offer.

Be Positive At All Times

No matter the circumstances that come along your way, staying positive will keep you relaxed and smiling.
Any intrusion of negativity such as stress, anger, or jealousy can prevent you from seeing what your intuition intends for you to see in a different perspective. So make it a daily habit to see things in a more positive light!

Clean Your Gut

It has been scientifically proven there is a link between your gut microbiome and your mental clarity. When your digestive system is in its worse case scenario you may experience bloating, fatigue, and even brain fog.

To start cleaning your gut and cultivating a keen intuition, begin by eating more simple foods such as :

  • Legumes
  • Vegetables
  • Yogurt
  • Fruits
  • Water

Believe in Yourself

Lastly, a very critical component in honing your psychic abilities is believing in yourself. Second guessing and causing doubt in yourself can hinder your abilities and deter you away from your truest potential and opportunities.

With constant exercising of your psychic abilities it will sure enough become automatic and you will begin to see the positive changes happening within your life!
